The Cyber Community Emergency Readiness Team is meeting again with the objective of gathering all the major actors and their expertise under a unique label, to share information and collaborate, with the goal of identifying and preventing IT security threats.
A CCERT responds to information security incidents or threats and has the capacity and capabilities to detect and handle them and to help their constituency to recover from breaches. Proactively, the CCERT offers various services to help mitigate vulnerabilities and risks, raise awareness and educate constituents in development and improvement of secure services.
This initiative is not only important for the local market but also when representing Cayman abroad.
